The new Village Books & Music store by Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i is conveniently located at the former Sedona store in the Ward Centre Mall at 1200 Ala Moana Blvd. Ample free parking is available in the adjacent structure.  Thousands of books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, games, works of art, and much more are available for sale!

Generously sponsored by Ward Village and Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union, the store initially opened to the public on Saturday, February 27, 2021 as a pop-up in the former Pier1 Home Goods space and moved into itʻs current, more permanent location on Oct. 19, 2021.

Inventory is restocked daily and rotated periodically. Please check back often for new items.

Welcome!

The Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i is a nonprofit organization whose primary objective is to maintain free public libraries in the State of Hawai‘i, to promote extension of library services throughout the State of Hawai‘i and to increase the facilities of the public library system of Hawai‘i by securing materials beyond the command of the ordinary library budget.
